6 Weeks!

The puppies have had a busy week! They have been working diligently on their clicker training, the treats are their favorite part. They are learning to sit to ask for things, which is quite the process! Some days they are on the ball and get the lesson right away, other days they would rather play with everything else, and it takes them a bit to focus. They are like little toddlers! Because we use a operant/positive training method it is up to the puppy to decide to train with me, especially at this young age.
Puppies have started eating hard kibble mixed in with their other food, and Violet is starting to wean them.
Puppies also got a bath this weekend and their first time with the blow-dryer on low, all the puppies did great! 
Pictures were a ball this weekend, the puppies were wanting to play the whole time! It was hard to get the best pictures because they were either trying to play with us or the Christmas tree/ornaments!  Lots of personality! You can find the pictures here www.firesidepoodles.com/puppies.html
