Jagger is available to approved females for stud.
Jagger completed his UKC Championship at just under 9 months of age. We are very excited about what the future brings for this Violet puppy. Jagger is a very loving, smart, and sweet natured boy. Jagger has found an amazing co-own home where he has a wonderful poodle brother to play and spend time with! Jagger is clear for Degenerative Myelopathy. Jagger is clear for Von Willenbrand Disease Type1. Jagger is clear for Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures. Jagger is clear for Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressiver Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRCD). Jagger is clear for Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Rod-Cone Dysplasia 4. Jagger has had his color testing completed: A locus: AY/AY B locus: B/b E locus: E/E Em locus: Em/N K locus: KB/ky This means that genetically Jagger is Sable/Fawn (AY/AY) but because he carries one copy of dominant black (KB/Ky) that it blocks that expression, and that is why he is blue and not sable/fawn. If Jagger was bred to a female who is not dominant black ky/ky there would be a 50% percent chance the offspring would be sable/fawn, if he was bred to a female that is KB/ky there would be a 25% chance that the offspring would be fawn/sable. Jagger doesn't not carry cream (E/E) and can not produce any cream puppies. Jagger carries brown (B/b) so can produce it when bred to a carrier (25% chance) or a brown female (50%). Jagger is a carrier of the Melanistic mask (Em) so that means that there is a 50% chance of his offspring having it as well. We did not test Jagger for piebald (S locus) because both of his parents are piebald (sp/sp) Jagger is also sp/sp. |
